Always enjoyed seeing Chris at the Lakeland Waffle House. He had 20 year old surf board he said he used for his pool years ago. He said he and his buddies would get a running start in the deep end and try to see who could make it the length of the pool. He was kind enough to let my son borrow his surf board for our Florida trip. Sam (13) thought he was the coolest thing at the beach until tried using a 80’s surf board with many holes. Although Sam and the board sank on the first wave he still carried around trying to impress the ladies. When returning the surf board and telling Chris the story I do not think I ever heard him laugh so much. You will be missed. Danny Lee
I first met Chris when I started second grade at Germantown. We had some great times. He left that next year but we were reunited at CBHS years later. He could always make you smile and laugh. RIP my friend. You will be missed.
“A life long friend” Although life took us in different directions and we only had a few opportunities to get together since I moved to Alabama Chris remained the same great guy that he always was. I have many great memories from grade school through college and after. May God bless you and receive you in his kingdom. We will miss the smile, laugh, and friendship. Rest in Peace my friend
Such a sweet person. Always nice to me. I hope he thought the same. Elementary school is a cruel place sometimes, but I know he, and we all, made lifelong friends. Let us celebrate his life, his humor, his real-ness. I remember him fondly. He will be cherished by many!
