Betty and family,
I've cherished my relationship with Carroll since we first met in the early 1990's. Carroll was so supportive and helped me greatly. Such grand times we had at Beaver Creek and other conference. The Red Apple comes to mind. There is a void left in the hearts of all that knew him. With much respect, Jerry Gulke
DeLoris and I wish to express our condolences at the loss of Carroll. From the days at Cook Industries to the days of business of commodity trading, friendship, and leadership, will always be remembered. Carroll was a leader of men, always offered encouragement and foresight. Our prayers go out to you, Betty, and your family.

Richard and DeLoris
Betty, Susan, Mike and families,
My heart aches for your recent loss of your beloved Carroll. He was such a friend to me, always there when I needed an ear to listen. Willard and I took many trips and lots of fun times with Carroll and Betty; precious memories that will always be remembered. My love and prayers go out to you and stand ready to help if there’s anyway I can do. I feel this loss too, and only time will help. I loved Carroll like an older brother and I will truly miss him!
